Step 1: Firstly to compliment the lip you need to apply your eye colour. For this you will need an almost-naked hint of colour on the eyes to make the lip the main focus. To create a subtle eye colour you can use a large fluffy brush to deposit the colour from lash line to eyebrow.

Step 2: Next up are the brows to ensure you get the most high-impacting lip. To create a stronger brow you can use brow powder, preferably an ash colour so they don’t appear artificial. You should use a lighter colour for the front to middle part of the brow and a darker shade for the middle to tail.

Step 3: The next step will focus on creating a glowing complexion. It’s definitely worth investing in an illuminating foundation, a light concealer for under the eyes, and a subtle rose blush to complete this subtle, natural look.

Step 4: In order to create that red lip, start with a deep wine shade and apply a satin lip pencil directly to your lips starting in the centre, blending and blurring it out with your finger.
